TPU
Flexible and durable objects thanks to thermoplastic polyurethane injection molding and over molding; complex, high-quality products with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy. TPU thermoplastic polyurethane enhances every detail and texture of your accessories and is a very versatile, elastic material, resistant to abrasion and the action of liquids such as oils, greases and chemicals. This makes it ideal for many applications, including molding tpu soles and making components for sporting goods, medical devices, automotive, and electronic device cases. We use precision machinery and over molding techniques to create superior quality, functional and aesthetically appealing items.
EVA
We have an entire department dedicated to molding EVA foam, a lightweight material that is extremely resilient and flexible. Due to its softness and ability to absorb shocks, EVA is a perfect material for shoe soles and products that require high cushioning such as sports mats and fitness equipment. Ethylene vinyl acetate foam is resistant to saline, weathering and UV rays, properties that also make it suitable for outdoor applications such as the production of components for gardening and outdoor toys. Being a closed-cell material, it is also easy to clean on the surface.
PA 6-66-12
Nylon PA 6-66-12 is known for its superior abrasion resistance, durability and flexibility. The different types of Nylon allow it to adapt to specific application needs, making it ideal for sectors such as automotive, the textile industry and the production of durable consumer goods. This material is known for its heat and chemical resistance properties, making it suitable for critical engineering components such as gears, bearings, and structural parts.
PP
Polypropylene has exceptional chemical resistance and is the material of choice for a wide range of applications. Polypropylene has exceptional chemical and thermal resistance and is the material of choice for a wide range of applications. Thanks to polypropylene molding, you can obtain products with high rigidity and significantly reduced weight such as automotive components, non-woven fabrics, food packaging. This material is highly wear-resistant and hygienic. In fact, polypropylene is also perfect for items that require frequent sterilization, such as medical devices and packaging for drugs.
SBS e SEBS
Both materials are widely used in the production of shoe soles, sealing products and soft-touch objects such as toys and tool handles, with a perfect combination of performance and comfort. SBS and SEBS are types of thermoplastic rubber that offer excellent flexibility, extensibility and impact resistance. While SBS is ideal for applications that require high tack and performance at room temperature, SEBS provides increased weather and UV resistance, making it suitable for products exposed to outdoor use.
PE
Among the plastic materials we work with you will also find polyethylene, which is widely used in a variety of industries and known for its chemical resistance and durability. Available in both high-density (HDPE) and low-density (LDPE) forms, PE is perfect for creating flexible packaging, bottles, toys, and much more. Its low cost and moisture resistance make it a material of choice for everyday products. Additionally, PE is recyclable and environmentally friendly, helping to reduce its environmental impact.
PC
Polycarbonate is prized in plastics processing for its outstanding impact resistance and crystal-clear clarity, qualities that make it perfect for applications that require robustness and visual clarity. This material is ideal for the production of protective components, such as visors and transparent shields, as well as for use in extreme environments due to its excellent thermal stability. PC is also used in industries such as automotive and aerospace for structural components that are exposed to variable stresses and temperatures.
PC-ABS
The PC-ABS blend combines the mechanical strength and impact resistance of polycarbonate with the flexibility and processability of ABS. This makes the material extremely versatile and ideal for the electronics industry, where durable components that withstand thermal and mechanical stress, such as shells for computers, mobile devices, and other electronic appliances, are required. PC-ABS also provides an excellent surface finish, which is essential for fashion products that require a high-quality aesthetic appearance.
ABS
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene combines strength, hardness and robustness, making it ideal for the production of industrial and consumer products such as household appliances, toys and automotive parts. This material is appreciated for its excellent balance between surface hardness and impact resistance. ABS offers high-quality surface finishes and good machinability and is also easily paintable and bonded, a property that further amplifies its applications.
POM
In the plastics processing sector, acetal resin stands out for its high mechanical strength, dimensional stability and low friction, characteristics that make it ideal for the production of gears, bearings and all those components subject to frequent handling. POM is also resistant to corrosion and chemical solvents, making it a material of choice for applications in wet or chemically aggressive environments, such as in the automotive industry and in the production of precision mechanical devices.
PMMA Polymethacrylate
Also known as acrylic, PMMA or methyl polymethacrylate stands out for its excellent transparency and resistance to atmospheric agents. It is ideal for applications that require superior optical clarity such as glazing, displays, and illuminated signs. PMMA is also lightweight, impact-resistant, and can be colored or shaped with ease, making it perfect for interior design, and innovative architectural constructions.
SAN
SAN, or polystyrene acrylonitrile, offers a combination of stiffness and superior chemical resistance compared to conventional polystyrene, making it ideal for items that require a bright aesthetic appearance and good chemical resistance. This material is often used in the processing of plastic components for household appliances, household goods and transparent packaging. Its ease of processing and high thermal resistance also make it suitable for use in precision components that need optical clarity and structural stability.
Overmolded rubber, leather and fabric
Among our plastics processing, injection overmolding stands out, a technique that allows us to create decorative and functional inserts on various materials. Thanks to this technology, we can combine rubber, leather, leather and synthetic fabrics with different types of plastics to create products of great resistance and aesthetic appeal. We use high-precision machinery to ensure that each material retains its essential properties while blending seamlessly with the plastic, to create a superior quality product that is functional and aesthetically pleasing. Our over molded products are used in numerous industries, including automotive, interior design, and fashion.
