Who we are

Montecno was found in 1976 as a plastic molding company for third parties and over time we have grown by expanding our services and production capacity. Today, we are established partners of established brands in fashion, footwear and technology, renowned for the injection molding of components for luxury items and everyday use.

What we do

We operate as if we were an internal department of your company: we study the technical feasibility and aesthetic performance of the pieces, we create prototypes and molds, we make the components, we assemble them, we check, we package and we ship all over the world on your behalf.

All this, quickly and well integrated into your production flow.   Strengthened by workers and versatile production lines, we range from the production of small batches to large orders, from the molding of multi-material and multicolored items of customized sizes and shapes, to the application of inserts and customized finishes.   Entrust us with the molding of the components of your items.

Components with reduced environmental impact

With a 250 kW photovoltaic system, which covers 30% of our energy needs and the introduction of energy-efficient robotic machines, we are reducing our carbon footprint and promoting the adoption of eco-sustainable production practices. We use organic, ecological and recycled materials and give a second life to production waste through internal recycling practices. We only work with suppliers who offer certified recycled materials, ensuring a responsible recycling supply chain. We provide you with all the necessary certifications to certify the use of components with reduced environmental impact in your products.

Social inclusion and growth

Our company policy is based on ethics and the support of our employees. We encourage the exchange of ideas and skills between generations, combining expert workers with young collaborators. We invest in training and refresher courses, because we value the professional growth of our team. We promote an inclusive and safe work environment, where health is a precious asset. Since 2016, we have been supporting the Ca’ Leido association affiliated with “I bambini delle Fate” and its social inclusion projects for the benefit of children and young people with autism and other forms of difficulty.

Production lines

Our production line includes a total of 44 heads for injection molding of plastic materials for third parties, of which 16 are dedicated to two-tone molding and 12 to EVA molding. The production area covers an area of 3,200 square meters and has a modern pad printing plant and a conveyor dedicated to the assembly, gluing and finishing of the pieces.
